Accreditation for the state visit from the Netherlands

The Queen and The Prince Consort receive The Netherlands Royal Couple, His Majesty King Willem-Alexander and Her Majesty Queen Máxima, in Denmark from 17-19 March 2015. It is a state visit focusing on a theme that engages the attention of both countries: the green innovative growth agenda. In addition, the state visit will deal with the cooperation between the two countries in the medical and educational sectors.

In 2013, HM King Willem-Alexander and HM Queen Máxima were on a short official visit in Denmark as part of a number of introductory visits they carried out in Europe after the transfer of the throne in The Netherlands. The forthcoming state visit has the objective of strengthening the relations between Denmark and The Netherlands. The programme opens the opportunity for the two countries to exchange experiences in the area of green innovative growth and set focus on the medical and educational sectors. Denmark’s competence in these areas will be presented to the official delegation and the approximately 40 companies that are in the business delegation accompanying The Netherlands King and Queen.
