HE Henrik Carl Joachim Alain Count of Monpezat is the son of TRH Prince Joachim and Princess Marie.

Count Henrik was born Prince of Denmark on 4 May 2009 at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, and is included in the order of succession to the Throne.
Christened and confirmation
Count Henrik was christened in Møgeltønder Church on 26 July 2009 and confirmed in Frederikskirken - The Danish Church in Paris on 18 May 2023.
Residence
Count Henrik lives with his family in Washington.
Schooling
Count Henrik began school at The Sisters of St. Joseph School in Ordrup in August 2015. Count Henrik then went to school in Paris while the family lived in France
In connection with the family’s move to Washington, Count Henrik now goes to school in the American capital.
