Reception on The Royal Yacht Dannebrog Saturday, 28 July, 19.00
On Saturday, 28 July, at 19.00, The Queen and The Prince Consort will host a reception for businesses on The Royal Yacht Dannebrog, which is anchored at the West India Docks, London.
In connection with the reception, H.R.H. The Prince Consort will hand out the H.R.H. Prince Henrik’s commemorative medal.
The guest list will be published on kongehuset.dk on 28 July 2012 at 15.00.

There are a limited number of places for members of the press desiring to cover the medal award ceremony on The Royal Yacht Dannebrog. Requests to obtain those slots should be sent to The Danish Royal House’s Communications Office: kom@kongehuset.dk. They must include the requester’s name, position and media affiliation and must be submitted at the latest by 12.00 on Friday, 27 July. Media accredited to cover the event will receive direct messages about the meeting time and access by Friday, 27 July, 16.00 at the latest. Press ID must be brought.
There is an opportunity to cover the arrival of guests from the dock from 18.40-19.00. Advance registration for that is not necessary. Press ID must be brought. The meeting time for press is 18.15 at the dock.
