New Chief of HRH The Prince Consort's Court

From 1 May 2015, museum director Michael Bjørn Nellemann is attached as the new chief of HRH The Prince Consort’s Court.

Michael Bjørn Nellemann, 45, has a bachelor’s degree in art history from the University of Copenhagen and has studied economics and language at Copenhagen Business School. From 2001-2011, Nellemann was cultural counsellor at the Danish embassy and the House of Denmark in Paris and, since 2011, has held the position as museum director for Nivaagaards Malerisamling. Michael Bjørn Nellemann continues as museum director at Nivaagaards Malerisamling after 1 May. 

Michael Bjørn Nellemann succeeds chief, chamberlain, and colonel Mogens Christensen, who is retiring.
