The Crown Prince, together with Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities Lars Aagaard, among others, will focus on the Danish efforts and interests in the global fight for the climate.

Every year, the UN gathers the world’s leaders and key actors on the climate front to determine ambitions and responsibility for global action on the climate. This year’s conference is hosted by The United Arab Emirates, which holds the presidency for COP28.

The Crown Prince will represent Denmark and the country’s role in the fight to reach the UN’s climate goals together with Danish ministers and companies. Through panel debates, speeches and activities at the Danish pavilion, the delegation will focus on how Danish companies in, among other areas, solar energy, offshore wind energy and green technology can help the world reduce CO2 emissions.
